A small range of commercial bakery "Black Iron" bread/loaf tins made for bakeries around NZ.
Many bakeries have used a specific style and size of tin for years and when its time to expand production or replace worn tins find that their favourite tins is no longer made or brought into NZ any more.
We at DISSCO can and do make replacement tins that match metal thickness and size including tapered angles for stacking and storage.
These are made from cold roll steel commonly called black iron because once seasoned they go black and develop a pretty good nonstick finish that doesn’t wear off like non-stick coatings.

We have small numbers of excess tins and pans available however this page is mainly to inform prospective bakery customers that we can duplicate existing tins in the styles as pictured and can make commercial quantities as required.
